Wise County Messenger highlights Bill Carter of Carter Financial Management

Bill E. Carter ’69, a Wise County native, recently received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University. Established in 1992, this award recognizes those alumni who distinguish themselves by reaching a significant level of accomplishment and who possess the highest standards of integrity and character. “I am honored to be recognized by Texas A&M. The University gave me the grounding and helped me develop traits for success in business and in life,” said Mr. Carter.
