Major Gifts

For one organization a major gift may be $1,000. For another it might be $1 million.  No matter the size of the organization, the process of identification and cultivation of major gifts prospects is the same – that magic confluence of ability to donate and the inclination.

Remember an example when you gave more money or more time to a cause than you could reasonably afford, or thought you could reasonably afford. How did you feel? Resentful? Angry? Bored? More likely – Joy and Passionate Commitment.
